Note: Only Graduating Students for School Year 2008 - 2009 enrolled in the University of St. Lasalle is allowed to subscibe for Yearbook 2009.

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING SUBSCRIPTION TO THE YEARBOOK 2009. (Kindly read before subscribing to the Lasalle Yearbook 2009)

 


1. To subscribe to the La Salle Yearbook 2009 is a voluntary act on the part of any graduating or senior student of the University of St. La Salle. Thus, anyone who subscribes is mandated to abide by all the rules and regulations stated therein.

2. To subscribe, a subscriber shall pay the subscription fee of P1, 000.00 pesos at the Business Office. Receipt of the payment and the duly filled and signed subscription shall be forwarded to the Yearbook Office on or before July 25, 2008.

3. A subscriber shall be given three days after the agreed deadline to withdraw his/her application in order to qualify for a refund of subscription fee.

4. A subscriber shall be required to meet the solicitation quota of at least 10 solicitation forms of 250 pesos each line advertisements.

5. In case a subscriber may not be able to meet the quota on time, the unpaid quota shall be included in his/her schedule of school fees during the end term of the First Semester.

6. Each subscriber shall receive a set of solicitation forms which must be handled with care.

7. All unused forms after the deadline of solicitation must be returned to the Yearbook office. A subscriber shall be charged one hundred pesos (P 100.00) for every lost or unreturned form.

8. All Yearbook payments shall be made at the Business Office only. Only company check payment shall be accepted and must be made payable to the University of St. La Salle. Out of town check and personal check will not be honored.

9. Proper incentives shall be given to subscribers who solicit in excess of the required quota at a certain period of time.

10. All receipts of payments for solicitations must be properly endorsed to the Yearbook office through the Finance Editor.

11. Clearance forms of subscribers who fail to settle their unpaid solicitation and other accounts before end-term exam shall not be signed.

12. The Editorial board has the sole right to decide on policies and/or matters regarding the publication of the Yearbook. All comments, suggestions and complaints must be submitted to the Board in writing for appropriate action.

13. The Editorial Board in consultation with the staff (only when necessary) reserves the right to change or issue additional rules, regulations and deadlines in order to facilitate the smooth publication of the Yearbook.

14. The Bulletin Board outside the Yearbook Office and/or the daily Bulletin shall serve as the official venues for publication of announcements and information.

15. Unclaimed yearbooks after a period of one year after the graduation date shall be forfeited.

16. Defective yearbooks may be returned and changed for a period of only two months after the graduation date.
