Below is the set of rules/guidelines that should be observed when submitting your e-data to the designated email address.
1. SUBJECT LINE
In the subject line of your email, please follow the format below. Take note of the PROPER SEQUENCE.

2.1 TYPING YOUR HOME ADDRESS
1. If you live inside Bacolod City, there is no need to add Negros Occidental to your address. Only add the said province when you reside in any other cities (e.g. Talisay City, Silay City, Escalante City, Sagay City, etc.) OR if you live OUTSIDE of the province (e.g. Negros Oriental, Metro Manila, Cebu City, etc.).

WRONG ENCODING OF HOME ADDRESS:
Super St., Brgy. Nabantu-an, Tangub, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
! Do not type in Negros Occidental anymore if you live inside Bacolod City.
Torril St., Brgy. Aling-Aling, Talisay City
! You need to type in Negros Occidental because you live OUTSIDE of Bacolod City but still WITHIN the province.

! Start with the RECENT YEAR down to your first year.

2. After each involvement, please separate it with a semicolon (;) and end everything with a period (.).

2.4 USE OF PUNCTUATIONS
In separating Placement, Title of Award/Event Year OR Position, Name of Organization Year, USE A COMMA (,), followed by a SINGLE SPACE and END EVERYTHING with a PERIOD (.).

2.5 TYPING YOUR COMMENTS
In encoding the comments, please separate each phrase or word with three dots or ellipsis (...) and END EVERYTHING with PERIOD (.).

The COMMENTS part is written BY YOUR FRIENDS. One way to gather comments is to provide a piece of paper where they will write their comments and have it circulated among your circle of friends.
